With current winemaker Stephan Attman continuing the long tradition of excellence at an estate that was one of the founders of the VDP (an association of premium German wine producers whose symbol guarantees quality), the practicing organic and sustainable agriculture, native and spontaneous fermentation in barrel and no fining or filtration adds up to an exceptional wine. We recently attended a tasting given by the importer where dozens of Rieslings were tasted, and the experience confirmed why this wine has been in our store for many years. It is an absolutely classic dry Riesling.
