Stage Left Cellars is an urban winery built by a husband and wife team that makes Rhône varietals only, and, until we got our hands on some, only sold to their wine club members at fairly high prices. The Breadwinner is their flagship blend, 35% Syrah 23% Grenache 22% Petite Sirah and 20% Mourvedre. This is a big, juicy, complex wine with a touch of oak to augment the spice and polish the fruit.
