Garganega is the main, indigenous grape of the Soave region and its wine. The better Soaves will be 100% Garganega, as this one is, and are some of my favorite Italian white wines. Monte Tondo is a family winery from the Soave Classico region. Frizzante means a sparkling wine that has about half the pressure inside the bottle as a champagne, hence the regular cork.
