Jean-Marc Seleque is from a family of growers in Champagne, and after a stint with Chandon in Napa and Australia, Jean-Marc knew exactly what he wanted to do. He prevailed on the family to convert entirely to organic and biodynamic farming and aggressive limiting of yields so that no adjustments would have to be made to flawed grapes in the winery. He uses 50% cask-aged reserve wines blended with a base of 2014 wine. Two-and-a-half years on the lees is more than double the required 12 months. All estate fruit means this is a true grower Champagne. 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Meunier, 10% Pinot Noir.
