Situated within a 5km radius of their historic 1619 timbered home, their vineyards benefit from a complex geology of loess, limestone, and red sandstone, with minerally muschelkalk deposits. Committed to quality and value, Borell-Diehl practices rigorous crop thinning, hand-harvesting, and sustainable farming, eschewing systemic pesticides, herbicides, and irrigation.
