Bibiana Gonzalez Rave is a superstar California winemaker from Columbia with extensive training and experience in France and South Africa. After relocating to Sonoma in 2007 and then marrying Jeff Pisoni, of the Pisoni wine empire, she took numerous consulting winemaker positions with well respected wineries such as Lynmar, Au Bon Climat, Qupé, Peay and, most recently, Pahlmeyer. But even as all this was happening she was simultaneously building her own line, Cattleya, to rave reviews.
