Chenin Blanc is the main white grape of South Africa, and this wine is composed primarily of Chenin Blanc with some oak-aged Viognier and Roussanne to round it out and give some floral aromas as well as a waxy texture. The Joostenberg Winery is now in its fifth generation of the Myburgh family and their grapes are certified organic.
