The Spring case is often one of the more fun cases to put together because of the transitional freedom that mother nature delivers. As youth from Nebraska, we know all too well that the one day’s sun that allows for shorts to be pulled from the back of a drawer will give way to a bitterly cold gut punch mere days later.  But those fluctuations also allow for wine pairings to be made that respond to those swings.  Pairings like a crisp rose for the first warm night after time springs forward to a rich and hearty Syrah that delivers magical warming with a requisite stew or soup.  No matter the weather, occasion or gathering, these selections will deliver the experience you want to have with those you love.

As usual, we were able to buy additional inventory of all the wines (except one!) so you can likely replenish a wine that you enjoyed with one or two more.
